Mobile Foam Trolley Unit – 120L Fire Fighting Cart
1. Product Introduction
The Mobile Foam Trolley Unit is a compact, mobile foam fire extinguishing device. It is designed as an effective supplement to fixed fire suppression systems, offering flexible protection for multiple equipment units within a protected area. It is widely used to extinguish Class A and B fires involving flammable liquids, fusible solids, and ordinary solid materials.

2. Working Principle
When pressurized water flows through the built-in proportioner, a negative pressure is created in the mixing chamber. The foam concentrate stored in the tank is drawn into the chamber via the suction pipe, where it mixes with water at a preset ratio to form a foam solution. The solution is then discharged through the foam gun as expanded foam to extinguish the fire.
3. Operating Steps
Step 1: Move the device to a suitable position.
Step 2: Connect one end of a hose to a fire hydrant (or other water supply) and the other end to the inlet of the proportioner.
Step 3: Connect one end of another hose to the outlet of the proportioner and the other end to the foam gun.
Step 4: Fully unroll the hoses, aim the foam gun at the fire source, open the hydrant, and turn on the foam concentrate suction valve. The foam gun will discharge foam to extinguish the fire.
Step 5: Close the hydrant after the fire is out.

5. Maintenance
- After each use, rinse the proportioner, foam gun, and hoses thoroughly with clean water.
- Dry the hoses, fold them, and store in the hose box. Return the foam gun to its position.
- Leftover foam concentrate can be reused. When refilling, use the same brand & type from the same manufacturer.
- Regularly check that all components are intact and undamaged.
6. Important Notes
- The mixing ratio of the foam concentrate must match the proportioner’s specification; otherwise, fire-extinguishing performance will be reduced.
- The foam gun must match the device’s flow rate. Use only the foam gun provided by our company.
- Do not mix different types of foam concentrates in the tank.
