The WD-13-A is a manual aluminum alloy water monitor designed for vehicle and fixed-site firefighting. Four flow ratings from 20 L/s to 50 L/s allow the monitor to be matched to different water-supply capacities.

The monitor supports straight-stream and fog-stream discharge. It provides 360° horizontal rotation and -60° to +70° vertical movement, with a seat-type mounting arrangement for installation.
